Cooking Therapy


Have you ever heard of aromatherapy? It is what people get when they light those scented candles in closed rooms. Cooking has given me all the aromatherapy I need. Since my childhood, I have always identified dishes with their aromas. When I am busy cooking, trying new recipes, and exercising my creativity, I lose myself in the process and freeze in to the beauty of the flavors. During such moments, cooking becomes my escape. It is the place I feel fully immersed in something I love and enjoy doing.
