If you need to live a healthy and happy lifestyle, cook your own means. Why? You control the ingredients that go into the pot. You control the taste and the aroma you want. When you cook, you control what goes into your body and this is one of the parts I love about cooking.

I am OCD on the quantities and qualities of ingredients that go into my pot and my family knows that. I love being healthy and I will cook as long as my eyes see and my bones allow me to stir.
