They may look like little fattening munchkins, but they're actually super healthy bite sized Power Bars! Made with my favorite vegan superfood protein powder from Shakeology so they are packed with tons of superfoods and natural energy. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Toasted Unsalted Almonds
  2. 2/3 Cup Pitted Medjool Dates, Packed
  3. 1/2 Cup Agave
  4. 1/4 Cup Shakeology Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients until a ball forms.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls.
  3. Fill sandwich baggies with Cocoa Powder, Coconut Flour, Cinnamon and Sugar, and any other of your favorite doughnut toppings and shake to coat!
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
