Raw Blueberry Chia Jam
This month at Hulu we tackled the mighty blueberry. The star of our show? This no-cook blueberry chia jam. This simple and fresh jam uses chia to soak up the liquids and natural pectins in the blueberries to create a thick spreadable jam without the stovetop.
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Filtered Water
- 1 Tablespoon Agave
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest (Optional)
- Smash your blueberries with your hands, a masher, or in a food processor. Stir in lemon juice, water, chia, zest, and agave and let jam sit in the fridge at least 1 hour to set. Store in the fridge.
